Complete Heritage EFI ITB Kit
We have put together this complete and comprehensive EFI ITB kit with help from industry experts in individual throttle body manufacturing, wiring harnesses manufacturing and ECU calibrators/tuners that are based the USA and able to remote tune or trave if required at extra cost.
The throttle bodies come fully assembled and ready to bolt directly to the cylinder heads, with the following parts included:
Jenvey Heritage individual throttle bodies
Internal hidden throttle position sensor (TPS)
Internal hidden Bosch EV14 350cc/min (237g) injectors
2 bolt 911 fitment is available with 35mm port with 42mm throttle or 39mm port with 45mm throttle
3 bolt 964/993 fitment is available with 41mm inlet port size with 45mm throttle
Other items include:
Fueling system - includes Bosch fuel Injectors, Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator with adapter for the ECU sensor, fuel lines, fittings and hoses
Vacuum system - includes vacuum block, non-return valves and associated interfacing pipework for brake boost assistance
Individual mesh filters or K&N foam filter
As for engine management, this kit includes the following:
Option of Emtron Shadow 8 or Motec M130 ECU with GPA package
Full pre-built clubsport engine harness with bulkhead connector and connectors for the following:
Cam sensor (comes with sensor and bracket)
Crank sensor
Throttle position sensor (already attached to the ITBs)
6 coil on plug and connectors for a lower coil on plug harness to be added for twin spark applications (coil packs included)
Inlet air temperature sensor (sensor included)
Idle air control valve (valve included)
Fuel pressure & temperature (sensor included)
Engine temperature (sensor included)
Knock sensor x 2 (sensors included)
Lambda sensor x 2 (sensors included)
Oil pressure and temperature (sensor and adapter included)
The engine harness is built from high-temp fiberglass sleeving resistant to temperatures up to 1200°F (650°C). Non-combustible and resistant to cut and abrasion.
OEM Grade TXL Wire compliant to SAE J1128 Standard. Temperature Rated between -40°F and 257°F (-40°C and 125°C). Featuring XPLE insulation, TXL wire possesses flame retardant properties and protection from chemical exposure like gasoline, coolant, and most acids or solvents.
Bussman Fuse & Relay Center to power EFI System, Fuel Pump, and Ignition Coils.
PLEASE NOTE - as with all after-market engine management systems, dyno tuning is required. We can provide details of tuners that are willing to tune remotely and travel to map your vehicle.
